Aplication:
The machine is used to coat the liquid ingredients evenly on the surface of meals and pellets, such as coating of fat and vitamin in feed industry. The processing capacity of meals and pellets is adjustable with a maximum output of 50 tones/hour. The liquid adding ratio is also adjustable between1%~10%.
Feature
1. The productivity is adjustable. It can be fitted with other equipment in different capacity by adjusting the feeding system. The feeding system can be adjusted to its maximum capacity to enable the manufacturer to coat just before selling to provide fresh finish product.
2. The coating mechanism of this machine is totally different from that of horizontal type, both the coating agent and pellet are suspended, so there is no dead pot or overlap coating during that contributes a high evenness in coating.
3. The product can flow out without mechanical force, which will not damage the shape of coated particles during the process.
